Module on "Cross-Cultural Leadership for Ministry and Mission", this March!
On March 21-25, 2011, Jason Tan (Ph.D. Candidate) will be giving a unique module on "Cross-cultural Leadership". This module is designed for Filipino Christian Leaders. It intends to help leaders become aware of the influence of culture on leadership practices in church ministry and mission organizations. It is concerned in identifying cultural values and social expectations that impinge on leadership procedures, processes and decision making. Rather than focusing on organizational management theories, this module will center more on cultural and social dimension of the Filipino society as it applies to leadership practices in church ministry and mission.
For information on participating in the module, fill in the Contact Us form or call 0918-695-9925 or 0922-471-5760.
Jason Tan is finishing his Ph.D. in Intercultural Studies at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield Illinois.
